Preserving Our Heritage

Tardebigge New Wharf sits at the top of the longest flight of locks in the UK, was the original meeting place of Tom Rolt and Robert Aikman when they agreed to form the Inland Waterways Association and was the site of an experimental boat lift at Top Lock. It is also popular with walkers and other visitors who are attracted by the areas scenic qualities.

Join us in our mission to enhance the historical significance and living experience at Tardebigge New Wharf.
